SenseICs Corporation was pleased to welcome Taylor Armstrong, Central Regional Representative for U.S Senator Moreno, to SenseICs for a tour of our facilities and a discussion on the future of microelectronics in Ohio and beyond.

During his visit, we shared how SenseICs is advancing next-generation imaging, LiDAR, and mixed-signal ASIC technologies, and how small, high-tech businesses play a critical role in strengthening the domestic semiconductor ecosystem.

We discussed:
• The rapid growth of the microelectronics industry
• The importance of small businesses in driving innovation and commercialization
• Our role within the broader ecosystem of primes, research institutions, and government partners
• How thoughtful policy and funding structures can better support early-stage deep-tech companies

Small businesses are often where breakthrough innovation begins, but scaling those innovations requires a strong, supportive policy environment.

We appreciate the opportunity to share our perspective and highlight how companies like SenseICs contribute to regional economic development, workforce growth, and national security.

Thank you to Taylor for taking the time to visit and engage with our team.
