RF Integrated Circuit Design Engineer Or Intern

(US Person)

The RF / high-speed analog designer is expected to have experience / knowledge with integrated circuit design at the transistor level in Computer-aided design (CAD) tools from schematic entry to physical layout, EM modeling, and parasitic extraction. The RFIC Design Engineer is expected to support and perform the design, installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of RF electronics and systems. Principle tasks will include:

  1. Designing and (or) knowledge of transistor level RF and analog blocks: LNA, Mixer, VCO, PA, PLL, bandgap, IDACs, VDACs, analog reference buffers, ADCs, switched capacitor circuits and amplifiers, SRAM, and IO/ESD design
  2. Modeling of mmWave, RF, and analog circuits / systems
  3. Developing specifications for RFICs and systems
  4. Designing mmWave, RF, and analog circuits in state of the art SiGe or CMOS processes
  5. Supporting evaluation, characterization, and development of prototype and production devices
  6. Simulation of mixed-signal top chip
  7. Documenting designs for reviews and reports

Analog Design Engineer Or Intern

The analog designer is expected to have experience / knowledge with circuit design at the transistor level in the Cadence environment or other Computer-aided design (CAD) tools from schematic entry to physical layout and parasitic extraction. Principle tasks will include:

  1. Design of analog blocks:
    bandgap, IDACs, VDACs, analog reference buffers, ADCs, switched capacitor circuits and amplifiers, SRAM, and IO/ESD design
  2. Top chip mixed-signal simulation
  3. Documenting designs for reviews and reports
  4. Test system design and fabricated chip characterization

Digital Design Engineer Or Intern

The digital designer is expected to have experience/knowledge with circuit design digital flow from Cadence, Synopsys, or other Computer-aided design (CAD) tools and a working knowledge of analog design principles and signal / power integrity.

  1. Fluent in Verilog/VHDL
  2. Fluent in Cadence or equivalent Digital ASIC Tool Suite (Genus,Innovus,Tempus,Voltus)
  3. Experience with high-level design, simulation, and verification tools
  4. Experience with scripting languages Python/PERL

Business Development Associate Or Intern

(US Person)

SenseICs is adding a talented, ambitious business development associate or intern to our team. Reporting to the program manager, the business development associate or intern will collaborate on new business opportunities and assist with managing existing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be a flexible self-starter with excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills. A background in communication, marketing, business, or engineering is desired. A technical background, experience working with technical written materials, or interest or previous experience with proposal writing is also desired but not required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Track and prioritize new business opportunities
  2. Work with the program manager and leadership team to submit proposals on behalf of the company to win new business
  3. Contribute to managing existing customer accounts
  4. Network and build relationships with relevant stakeholders
  5. Represent SenseICs to current and potential future customers
  6. Draft, design, and promote marketing materials
  7.  Offer fresh vision and strategy to grow existing customer accounts and acquire new business

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Pursuit of a college degree in communication, marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
  2. Interest and/or experience in business development and company growth
  3. Entrepreneurial spirit
  4. Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  5. Ability to communicate complex, technical information to non-expert audiences
  6. Interest working with government contracting and proposal writing highly desirable
