RF Integrated Circuit Design Engineer Or Intern

The RF / high-speed analog designer is expected to have experience / knowledge with integrated circuit design at the transistor level in Computer-aided design (CAD) tools from schematic entry to physical layout, EM modeling, and parasitic extraction. The RFIC Design Engineer is expected to support and perform the design, installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of RF electronics and systems. Principle tasks will include:

  1. Designing and (or) knowledge of transistor level RF and analog blocks: LNA, Mixer, VCO, PA, PLL, bandgap, IDACs, VDACs, analog reference buffers, ADCs, switched capacitor circuits and amplifiers, SRAM, and IO/ESD design
  2. Modeling of mmWave, RF, and analog circuits / systems
  3. Developing specifications for RFICs and systems
  4. Designing mmWave, RF, and analog circuits in state of the art SiGe or CMOS processes
  5. Supporting evaluation, characterization, and development of prototype and production devices
  6. Simulation of mixed-signal top chip
  7. Documenting designs for reviews and reports

Analog Design Engineer Or Intern

The analog designer is expected to have experience / knowledge with circuit design at the transistor level in the Cadence environment or other Computer-aided design (CAD) tools from schematic entry to physical layout and parasitic extraction. Principle tasks will include:

  1. Designing and simulating different analog and mixed-signal blocks:
    bandgap, IDACs, VDACs, analog reference buffers, ADCs, switched capacitor circuits and amplifiers, SRAM, and IO/ESD design
  2. Simulating top chip in a mixed-signal environment
  3. Documenting designs for reviews and reports

Digital Design Engineer Or Intern

The digital designer is expected to have experience/knowledge with circuit design digital flow from Cadence, Synopsys, or other Computer-aided design (CAD) tools and a working knowledge of analog design principles and signal / power integrity.

Principle tasks will include:

  1. Writing Verilog/VHDL for ASIC or FPGA
  2. Working with Cadence or equivalent Digital ASIC Tool Suite (such as Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Voltus)
  3. Working with FPGA design suite (such as Vivado in Xilinx)
  4. Working with high-level design, simulation, and verification tools
  5. Scripting in Python, PERL, or other high level languages

Business Development Associate Or Intern

SenseICs is adding a talented, ambitious business development associate or intern to our team. Reporting to the program manager, the business development associate or intern will collaborate on new business opportunities and assist with managing existing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be a flexible self-starter with excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills. A background in communication, marketing, business, or engineering is desired. A technical background, experience working with technical written materials, or interest or previous experience with proposal writing is also desired but not required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Track and prioritize new business opportunities
  2. Work with the program manager and leadership team to submit proposals on behalf of the company to win new business
  3. Contribute to managing existing customer accounts
  4. Network and build relationships with relevant stakeholders
  5. Represent SenseICs to current and potential future customers
  6. Draft, design, and promote marketing materials
  7.  Offer fresh vision and strategy to grow existing customer accounts and acquire new business

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Pursuit of a college degree in communication, marketing, business, engineering, or a related field

Electronics Engineering Technician Or Intern

We are looking for entry level Electronics Engineers who are eager to learn new skills in supporting microelectronics design and testing. The electronics engineer is expected to support the design, installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of analog and digital electronics and systems.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing tasks and working with minor supervision. They will be passionate, self-motivated, organized, and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our office daily administrative activities and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  2. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  3. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  4. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  5. Support contracting and mutual agreements execution
  6. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  7. Assist accounts payable & accounts receivable
  8. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  9. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  10. Assist management whenever necessary

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Cybersecurity Specialist Or Intern

SenseICs is hiring an innovative and agile IT Specialist. They will manage the Company’s Information Systems policies to assure the development and implementation of data processing, computer operations and related functions (communications, office systems, production activities, etc.). Further, they will participate in coordinating the strategic plan with the development of information systems. Provide on-going analysis and planning of information systems. Making decisions for changes, upgrades, and new projects to facilitate meeting the dynamic business needs. In compliance with federal regulations, they will design, build and maintain networks for optimal performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluates network and application (email, storage, cloud, productivity software,  etc.) security business needs, objectives, and goals by researching available and existing products and designating procedures to best meet those needs
  2. Maintains awareness of changing trends and regulations (local, state and federal) and acts as required
  3. Develops implementation plans for new projects by coordinating process with project leader
  4. Provides well-defined plans including procedures, deadlines, and accountability
  5. Develops an annual budget for network and technological upgrades by providing justification when needed
  6. Reporting on network efficiency
  7. Develops configuration and performance standards. Implements and monitors controls to ensure such maintenance. Develop and maintain a Disaster Recovery Plan
  8. Ensures technology utilization providing a fast, accurate, and secure method to access information in a highly efficient and effective manner. Ensures service support in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
  9. Maintain inventory and security compliance status of all IT assets; including access points

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/experience in the computer science field, preferred
  2. Minimum of two years experience in network security
  3. Experience in Local and Wide Area Networks
  4. Experience with personal computers and software applications
  5. Certified Network Engineer (CNE), preferred
  6. CMMC, FEDRAMP High Standard knowledge
  7. Proficient with Linux and Widows OS
