SenseICs Corporation Analog Design Engineer, Roman Fragasse, recently attended the SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics Defense + Commercial Sensing conference and presented our paper:
“Event-Driven ROICs Optimized for High Sensitivity and Event Throughput at MWIR”.
This work presents advances in event-based infrared ROIC architectures designed to improve sensitivity, throughput, power efficiency, and uniformity for MWIR imaging systems. The paper explores new pixel architectures, including LIN-TIA and photovoltaic change detector (PVCD) approaches, enabling sub-kelvin minimum event temperature performance and scalable low-power event-based IR sensing.
We’re excited to continue pushing the boundaries of event-based infrared imaging and intelligent sensing technologies.
